Chocolate Almond Banana Smoothie

This is a yummy and filling smoothie that will easily satisfy a chocolate craving.

  • 1 cup milk (preferably whole milk)
  • 1 ounce (small handful) of almonds
  • 1 banana
  • ½ T unsweetened cocoa powder 
  1. Combine milk and almonds in a blender (we have a Nutribullet) and blend until smooth.
  2. Add banana and cocoa powder and blend until well mixed.
Note: You can use a frozen banana if you prefer it colder. If you add ice, you may have a watered-down version of the drink.
